Property Officer/Associate
We’re offering the right candidate the opportunity to commence or continue on their path to becoming a Property Manager. The ideal person for this role will be one who has excellent potential, with demonstrated capabilities in relation to communication, reception/customer service and preferably but not necessarily in a similar role.
You will provide back up to our Receptionist and support to the Property Managers by way of coordinating web advertising, property inspections and other duties as required. This is a pathway to acquiring the fundamental knowledge and skills to progress to a Property Manager; which has just occurred and resulted in this vacancy.

Residential Property Manager
We seek a highly competent and enthusiastic Property Manager to become part of our team. Residential Senior Property Manager
There are a few possible components to this position for the successful candidate. First and foremost we require a proven performer; an experienced professional who excels at managing a portfolio of properties to a superior standard. This is our number one priority. However it also presents as an opportunity for someone with the ability or potential to undertake other areas of responsibility, perhaps eventually developing into a member of our executive team. However don’t be deterred from applying if your ambitions are not to that level and you thrive on the day to day challenges of serving property owners and tenants.
Leah Jay is an industry leader and has specialised in property management for over 17 years; being multiple winners of the REI NSW ‘Awards for Excellence’ in property management. You will be directly responsible for looking after a portfolio of residential properties, with extensive support from a fantastic admin team and experienced leasing consultants. It is essential that as a senior you readily become a positive influence and contributor across the whole team. In return you will be a member of a dedicated and close knit group, with support from a Principal who truly understands and appreciates your role. Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and ability.
You may have already shown an ability to supervise or demonstrated the rare capacity to mentor others, in which case this will become part of your role. If you are at ease when discussing business with prospective clients, perhaps you are exceptional at converting enquiries into new managements; then you may be involved in generating new business. To do so will require an understanding of what it takes to maintain and utilise a leading brand in the market.
