Please read these notes carefully to ensure this goes as smooth as possible for you.
- One application form must be submitted for each person.
- You must apply a digital signature before emailing the form to us. See instructions below.
- You may use the form to apply for up to four properties.
- The application form includes a ‘Tenancy Reference Check’, which must be completed.
- The Checklist details all the supporting documentation you need.
- Your completed application form and supporting documentation can be emailed to apply@leahjay.com.au OR dropped into one of our offices .
Digital Signature Instructions
Once you have completed your application form you need to close it off by using the digital signature, located on the bottom of page 3.
1. Click into the red box.
2. In the pop-up box select “A new digital ID I want to create one now” and then “Next”
3. In the next box select “Window Certificate Store” and then “Next”
4. In the next box enter:
Name (this is what will appear as your signature)
Email Address (this is also a required field)
Then select “Finish”.
5. Next box you will see your ‘signature’. You can then "sign" the form, and you will then be asked to save it.
6. You will see the ‘signature’ on the form. This means that the form is saved and closed.
7. Once you have created your signature you will be able to use it for any other applications.
