Using the map
STEP 1
Zoom into the region of interest - Newcastle, Lake Macquarie or Maitland
STEP 2
You will see the number of properties available in each suburb
STEP 3
Zoom in further to see the ‘house pins’, which identify the location of individual properties
STEP 4
Click on the pin and the info-bubble will open with key information about the premises
STEP 5
If you wish to view all of the property details and photos, click on the link in the info-bubble
You are also able to use Google street-view to see the property and surrounding area, but be aware this may be an out-dated view.
Using the table
There are two useful functions for the table:
1. Combined with the map
If you click on any of the regional links (i.e.: ‘Newcastle’, ‘Lake Macquarie’ or ‘Maitland’) the map will bring up all the properties in that region.
If you click on any of the sub-region links (e.g.: ‘Newcastle Suburban’, ‘East Lake Macquarie’ or ‘Kurri Area’) then the map will bring up the properties in that sub-region.
2. Independent of the map
a. Tick the box next to the region (i.e.: ‘Newcastle’, ‘Lake Macquarie’ or ‘Maitland’) you’d like to live in, then click the search button.
OR
b. To narrow it down you can tick one or more of the sub-regions (e.g.: ‘Newcastle Suburban’, ‘East Lake Macquarie’ and/ or ‘Kurri Area’) then click the search button.
You’ll see a list of the available properties in your selected region or sub-region/s From here you can click on the addresses to view the details for individual properties.
