(the 'Change of Shared Tenancy Request' form is to be used) If some but not all of the current tenants are leaving and being replaced by new tenants, This form gives us the basic details of the changes proposed. You can download the forn here:

Plus all new tenants must complete an Application Form and please be aware the tenancy does not commence until the application has been approved by the owner.

Also current and new tenants will need to sign a Change of Shared Tenancy Bond Form for the Office of Fair Trading.
