As property management specialists, Leah Jay provide clients with extended services to help them maximise their return on investment. We do this through our Investment Services team. We do not sell property, which means we can provide independent information and advice.

This enables us to assist clients from the time they begin looking for their first investment property through to the time they divest/sell their last property.

We can do this because:

  • We manage over 4,000 properties in the region so we know the market
  • We have been involved in property management for over 25 years so we have the experience and understand the vagaries of the market and different segments
  • Our Investment Services team includes our principal and senior property managers, whose experience and combined knowledge of the rental market is unsurpassed
  • We do not sell property so we have no vested interest. Even when we are engaged by a developer to provide advice, we do not receive or pay any form of fees or commission. We will only associate with reputable companies who accept that we will only ever provide objective, substantiated appraisals and advice.

Whether it’s fundamental information about the market generally, or the merits or otherwise of a specific property, in most cases we will able to help you. This is a free service; our hope is that if you do invest, we have the chance to look after your property for you, and if we don’t, that you see value in our service and let others know.

If you are thinking of selling, our team can answer questions and offer suggestions, particularly if you are from out of the area. We can also refer you to a reputable agent if you do not have your own, or if you want a second opinion. We retain a list of preferred agents (individuals within agencies) who have signed an agreement to adhere to our service principles. While we do receive a referral fee, that comes from the selling agent and you will find that the overall fee is still very competitive. Most importantly you will be in the hands of an experienced reputable agent who works hard for you.

In addition to these services, Leah Jay’s property managers will work with owners to undertake targeted improvements/renovations to increase the yield on their properties. Our Investment Services team will provide support and advice where needed to assist with these projects.
