As HR Advisor, my role is to take care of our highly valued employees – each of whom has a vital role to play within our team. It is my job to work with our leaders to ensure we attract the right people to the Leah Jay team and make employees feel valued and supported, while providing opportunities for individual growth.
Previously I have worked in a variety of HR roles in state government, the building industry and disability services. Moving into property management with Leah Jay has presented me with an opportunity to take the best of the skills and experiences I gained in these roles to discover something new.
I am a Harry Potter fanatic, I study massage therapy in my spare time, and I enjoy spending time with my partner, stepdaughter and two dogs – especially my miniature dachshund, Schnitzel. He’s my fur baby!
